However, the proposed individual must have a relevant background according to the theme of the congress. It would help if you inform the Congress secretariat Dr. Gamze Altun (e-mail: gamzeyayla.omu@gmail.com) promptly via e-mail as soon as possible to ensure the registration of the substitute delegate.Cancellation of ParticipationIf, due to any problem or change of plans, you have to cancel your participation in the Congress, kindly inform the Congress secretariat (Dr. Gamze Altun (e-mail: gamzeyayla.omu@gmail.com) via email immediately. Any cancellations done by the attendee by 1 April 2026 will incur 50% of the fee paid to compensate for the Conference registration fee. After 2 April 2026, registration fee repayment will not be made.Cancellation/Postponement of ConferenceSuppose due to any circumstances, the organization committee has to cancel or postpone this congress. In that case, all pre-paid registrants can attend the rescheduled congress or any upcoming Asian and African Stereology congresses.
